Hide my credit cards, please.It’s about that time, kids. It happens every year – snowboarding season ends, a couple of months pass, and I start to get “the itch.” In this case, “the itch” is to purchase new gear. Mind you, 2009-2010 lines aren’t even available yet. Do I need new gear? Absolutely… not. But who can resist the new patterns, fabrics, color schemes, faux fur, magnatraction, banana tech… it’s all too much to handle! And then, of course, there are the sales! Everything I salivated over this time last year is now remarkably cheaper… taunting me. Who can resist such a bargain? “Not I,” said the shopaholic. I think I need a twelve-step program. |
